We currently ship to multiple countries worldwide. Shipping availability may vary depending on the product and destination.


Processing Time

  • Order processing time: 1–3 business days

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays)

  • Once processed, your order will be dispatched from our warehouse or supplier


Shipping Time

Because we work with international suppliers, shipping times vary by product and destination:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–20 business days

  • Remote locations: May take up to 25 business days

Kitchen items, home decor, and car accessories may take slightly longer due to size and handling requirements.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout

  • Some products may include free shipping, which will be clearly mentioned on the product page


Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email

  • Tracking information may take 3–7 days to update after dispatch


Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance


Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to incorrect addresses

  • Orders returned due to incomplete or incorrect information


Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order:

  • Has not arrived within 30 business days, or

  • Shows no tracking updates for an extended period

Please contact our support team, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund where applicable.


Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos or videos of the damaged product and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund after review.
